For besides giving his time to others, without further compensation, and in sometimes difficult conditions, requires, if not altruism, at least a strong motivation.
If some are and use their experience to train, educate, care, support of the poor, others simply love to share the joy of a shared passion (painting, reading, games, sports, theater). Others are motivated by the desire to preserve or to know the languages, cultures, arts activities when, for some, the only motivation is laudable and help their fellow citizens
But if the volunteers are special beings, conscious of their independence, not hesitating under cover of the traditional "I'm doing this for nothing" to go to when we do not place under acceptable conditions of work , ambient and free will, they all have in common the passion for giving, and this is the engine that drives them.
Magnanimity, generosity, self-giving? ..... Not so on!
For the volunteer never works for anything! ..... Nothing pecuniary any case! His salary is much more subtle pleasure of being useful, the impression of having unsurpassed in its own way provided a bit of happiness at having made a few friends' experiences, share, or smile and thank you for that which has been diverted aid or are there intangibles that feed the heart of rich foods, rare and exceptional.
Happiness was already in the field, he is also volunteering
