It exists, surviving in the Halle district, a particular restaurant in many respects.
At first number of us call it "At Denise " while it is under the banner of The Tower of Montlhéry.

The explanation is that Denise is the boss but also that we like we initiated what looks like a code and what misleads the tourist.
Then this bar in the former is opened all night in reference to its past of restaurant of “Les Halles”.
Nothing changed for ages here, a long skated bar, a room all in length with its tables next to each other and their red and white squared tablecloths.
In the big tradition also slate presents the dishes: the Mutton stew, the English calf's liver, the ray in capers, guts in the calvados, the smoked haddock in the white butter, on Thursdays it “pot au feu”…
Attention plates are solid…so careful on the entries. For desert a big classic the Rhum baba and its bottle on the table for a customized impregnation.
Products are of a high quality in the biggest respect of its origin.
Tables almost contact but the customers also come for this friendly crowding which delighted hearts as much as stomachs.
The clientele is faithful since about 40 years what doubtless explains the family sight of sure banked, but the new join easily do not doubt it’s because the staff accompanies you very professionally.
Take the precaution to reserve because the place is frequented.
