Our organization by projects, our quality control system which ensures traceability and control (rigorous procedures, ND tests, roughness and ferrite measurements, thermo-mapping, endoscopy…), our highly developed documentation (CD, video…) combined with our active R&D policy guarantee the adaptability to the pharmaceutical requirements.

3C France has been designing and making highly competitive process vessels for over 40 years on a high-performance dedicated production line, thanks to suitable control system and pharmaceutical type material traceability:

3C FRANCE’s customers benefit from a range of additional skills: process engineering, mechanical design, internal manufacturing, agitation systems, automation and monitoring systems, acceptance in white room, commissioning and assistance with qualification.

3C FRANCE’s exclusive supply is standard and meets both environmental optimization requirements (saving water by using high pressure, energy, additives, etc.) and the requirements of traceability, reproducibility or quality of these same industries.

A specialist acknowledged in Europe by both leaders in the field (especially for vaccines) and by emerging actors in “green biotech”, 3C France has set up a specific organization able to supply turnkey facilities, suited to requirements and at the forefront of current technologies.

3C FRANCE offers a specific range of pilot or industrial bioreactors from 100 to 10.000 L. With its flexible organization, it can make “made-to-measure” units and/or revamp existing facilities either at its workshops or on site.
