Cancellation conditions*

In case of a written cancellation, 50% of the registration fee will be retained. The total amount one month before the start of the event.

Image rights*

In accordance with the provisions relating to image rights, I authorise A3P to use the photographs taken as part of this event to illustrate A3P's communication actions, without any compensation and with no time limit.

Event Badge*

I am aware that when I issue my registration badge for the event, a QR code containing my personal data is automatically generated and printed on it.
