– Technical services and expertise: predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, ten-year maintenance to increase the lifespan of process equipment while limiting downtime.

– Process equipment revamping: Upgrading the electrical cabinet and mechanical parts of installations and updating the manufacturer or STERIGENE control system.

– Qualification/validation: Trained and experienced Quality and Metrology professionals work with you to draw up, then carry out and process your (RE)QI, RE(QO), QP, Calibrations and Steam Profile Qualification in accordance with standard EN 285. Rigorous protocols and methodologies recognised by the authorities (ANSM, BSI, FDA).

– Spare parts service: We can help you define and build up your stock according to your machine fleet. Our stock lists 80% of the manufacturer’s spare parts for the process equipment on your production lines.

– Audit & training : Sharing and passing on our experience and know-how in a wide range of fields to enable your staff to understand and master the various process equipment available to them, and to improve internal processes in your critical environments. Our teams are on hand to support you, analyse your processes and implement the necessary corrective actions.
