ROUGING - Rouge, dergouging and passivation management

The objective of the training is to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to manage rouging in a production site and determine when a derouging should be initiated to prevent product contamination risk. The training will discuss how rouging is generated, its impact on the qualified status of facilities and the product. Through case studies, the training will demonstrate how to prevent and limit the occurrence of rouging and the methods for managing rouging.

The new annex 1 require to sterilize the indirect product contact part and to transfer them aseptically into the isolator. For legacy isolator, it is a big constraint and some adaptation are required. This workshop will help to better understand the challenge and to find specific solution

    structure with back partitions and returns.
