Program

The forum “SoHO and advanced therapies: from human to human” will deal with the current trends of the cell- and gene-based therapies field and on “substance of human origin (SoHO)” intendent for human application. Regulations, manufacturing challenges and quality aspects will be discussed.

The forum will start with a conference on how agencies (represented by their Belgian “Administrateur Général”) look at current regulations. Then, two sessions will covers manufacturing, engineering and quality aspects of cell-based therapy (autologous, allogenic and new iPS platform) and gene therapy respectively.  An introduction to challenges applied to exosomes-based therapy will also take place as a study case on the first approved study in EU.   

To end the day, a visit of Catalent, and a networking cocktail on the exhibition will be organized.
